The Shift is the Action phase. What releases here is what was never yours to carry. What remains is the architecture that is actually yours to govern. The phases that follow - Precision and Reconstruction - operate on what remains, not on what releases here.

The 5-Part Repatterning Arc

This experience unfolds across five structured phases. Each phase exposes a specific way effort, responsibility, and authority have been misallocated, and allows that pattern to collapse on its own.

You are not asked to fix, improve, or perform your way through this arc. Your role is observation, honesty, presence, and decision.

PHASE I — INTERRUPTION
